Rachel brings over a decade of professional dance and coaching experience to every session. As a former NFL Cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush and New York Jets Flight Crew, she knows what it takes to perform at the highest level and successfully navigate competitive auditions.

Through her coaching, Rachel supports dancers in developing their technique, confidence, and performance presence, helping them reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.
